What Projects Qualify?
The purpose of the HEEHRA program is to replace existing gas appliances with efficient electric systems. To be eligible, projects must meet the following criteria:
- Replacement of an existing furnace, air conditioner, or water heater with a heat pump system.
- Installation of a qualifying electrical panel upgrade where needed.
- Use of approved, energy-efficient products that meet program standards.
Note: New construction projects and single-stage systems do not qualify. Friar’s technicians will confirm eligibility and ensure your installation complies with rebate requirements.
